  • GADC has provided us with vast opportunities for our career growth. We regularly talk about our career development plans, both short-term and long-term. Multiple internal trainings are available to us offered by the learning and development department. The company is also centred on making our environment feel like everybody is our family.
  • The people are friendly and welcoming. The environment in the work areas has the right balance of fun and seriousness that allows for productivity.
  • The family-oriented culture that the company has, and being able to have a work-life balance.
  • No company is perfect. Probably the only worst thing about the company is the heavy load of tasks especially for those who are involved in operations.

It starts with applying through our chatbot, then if you're shortlisted - you are invited for the HR/Initial Interview. If you pass that, then comes the Technical Interview. Once passed the technical, then comes the Final Interview - but there's already a 70/30 guarantee that you're hired. Once passed all three assessments, you are instructed to complete the reference check, once done with that, then comes the on-boarding and orientation.
