Our company has made sure that all of us embody a certain value. Specifically, the CMITE as we call. Namely, that we are Costumer-driven, meaning that we ensure that we can help our primary clients with the most of our ability. Second is that we have Malasakit (Compassion/Empathy), this is not limited to our clients but also to our workmates making our job less toxic. next is Integrity, we make sure that we compose ourselves with high values. next is teamwork, I evidently feel this one as we always find ways to collaborate with different departments so we can ensure the quality of work of each other is done with expertise and experience. in addition, it helps us do our job easier because of familiarity on specialized fields. lastly would be Excellence. this is not only beneficial for the company, but also for us as it pushes us to grow.
