The culture is very competitive but in a good way. All the bosses are willing to train and they really value everyone in the company.

During office hours, the company has good balance with just work and being lively/sociable. While after office hours, it's usually very laidback and inviting if there will be engagements after work.

Our company has made sure that all of us embody a certain value. Specifically, the CMITE as we call. Namely, that we are Costumer-driven, meaning that we ensure that we can help our primary clients with the most of our ability. Second is that we have Malasakit (Compassion/Empathy), this is not limited to our clients but also to our workmates making our job less toxic. next is Integrity, we make sure that we compose ourselves with high values. next is teamwork, I evidently feel this one as we always find ways to collaborate with different departments so we can ensure the quality of work of each other is done with expertise and experience. in addition, it helps us do our job easier because of familiarity on specialized fields. lastly would be Excellence. this is not only beneficial for the company, but also for us as it pushes us to grow.

Everyone has a positive attitude and it i fluences the daily work life balance

I'd say there is a healthy work-life balance in the company, we respect each employee’s time. Most of them have outgoing personalities and they have a supportive culture, wherein we support one another in achieving our targets/goals.
