Most of the things I know, I have gathered from this company. In a short span, I have already attended numerous classes. From classes that focuses on characters such as Values Integration Workshop. Up until the technical ones such as Obligations and Contracts. They have numerous classes for your preferred skill to learn.

The Learning and Development Team of GADC provides a range of training options for the employees. By immersing myself in several stations in one of our company-owned restaurants, I was able to gain a better understanding of McDonald's primary business. By doing this, I was able to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of our company and how I could support the operations group in achieving our company's goals and objectives.
