We currently have a 38 hrs work week with hybrid working arrangements. Depending on the role, you will be required to work more than 38 hrs but that can often accrue overtime or time in lieu. The organisational is very big on work-life balance and sometimes managers can accommodate your working arrangement to suit your lifestyle - which is great for parents and those with other commitments outside of work.

Our team is very flexible with our work hours. As long as we complete the work that we need to do, we can clock off early for appointments and take regular breaks as needed. I work a regular 7.6hr day from 8am-4pm which is 38hr weeks.
