Managers and senior managers are very accessible here and are often open for mentorship or guidance when needed.

Depends on the managers. Some of them like to walk the floor and greet everyone on a daily basis, some of them are always in their office in constant meetings. We rarely get the opportunity to meet with managers across the business unless you are a manager yourself, are participating in a mentoring program or get introduced through the graduate program. We often deal with who we directly report to, to do our Performance and Development plan discussions. Apart from any daily feedback, we do quarterly reviews of this plan. In the system we are also able to award badges to people within the business that we believe have championed a certain QR value.
