I think the pay is poor as compared to other firms.

There are no bonuses as far as I know. My salary is okay. I would expect it to be higher considering the qualifications required. Moreover, the qualifications I will continue and am expected to continue to acquire don't seem to increase my salary by a lot. I know a teacher who makes more than me and works less than me and they are only a graduate teacher.

We have free lunch every Tuesday and Thursday and when I am privileged enough to go to Melbourne, I have travel and meals expenses paid for.

They provide free lunch two days a week which is one of the main reasons I like to come into the office. For the graduates, they provide a $500 clothing allowance. For all the new starters, they provide a $1000 JB Hi-Fi allowance.
