There are no bonuses as far as I know. My salary is okay. I would expect it to be higher considering the qualifications required. Moreover, the qualifications I will continue and am expected to continue to acquire don't seem to increase my salary by a lot. I know a teacher who makes more than me and works less than me and they are only a graduate teacher.
