Very satisfied with my manger, a source of technical insight

I am very grateful for the managers I have had the opportunity to work with such as Wasi, Natalie, Andrew and Jay Walpole. Each of them has taken a lot of time to teach me how to do my tasks properly and why we do what we do. They are always willing to answer my questions and take my calls even when busy.

I am very satisfied with my manager! We have weekly check-in meetings where we discuss how I'm going, if I'm feeling stressed, if I have any questions, etc.

They always try to make time to answer questions. but I think the best way of communicating with managers is by involving someone like Buddy to be the bridge of the communication as sometimes when we communicate with someone that is high level and due to time constraint we might not understand quite well. so its good to have someone to explain to us.

In relation to feedback SW has a program which each employee can give, receive, and request feedback from anyone in the company. The system is very good in my experience. All levels of management are accessible and more than happy to answer questions about any aspect of the company or job, or offer advice in a more personal capacity.

My manager is a good mentor but sometimes he is too busy which I will choose to approach other senior managers when I have issues with the file.

My managers are very accessible and easy to talk to. They are good mentors and are often updating me on my progress and how I am going in my role. In the first 6 months, performance reviews are every second month which is a nice structure, but I receive informal feedback a lot more regularly in between those.

It depends on manager to manager, they are approachable and understanding, and definitely are processes in place for managers to interact with their team. However, at the end of the day it is always up to the individual to be proactive with their team managers.

My managers has been communicative of me of their expectations, with readily performance feedback sent back to me, and reasonable acknowledgement of my work.

My managers are very accessible, I feel confident to ask any questions I may have and they are always happy to answer. They also always go in depth regarding any questions I have and will give you feedback on tasks you complete.
