Everyone is lovely. the office is very much a cooperative environment
Graduate, Melbourne
The Sydney tax division is always a happy and welcoming environment and there are always people in the office to talk to and learn from. I have been able to work with all levels from other graduates to partners of the firm and gain a range of experience from everyone. SW is very social and allows me to cooperate and work with others from Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and we have had several social events to help socialise with colleagues. I have also participated in the Sydney SW soccer team which helped me feel more welcome and comfortable with people from other divisions in the Sydney team.

In the office, people are very social and there are many opportunities to socialise. There's the netball/futsal team, and a coffee roulette system where we get matched with a random person to have a coffee with. After hours, the social committee often puts on events (e.g. annual ball, trivia night). We also have end of month drinks to mingle with the firm and celebrate the end of the month.

At SW, we have a lot of team bonding event and activities that bring everyone together. We can talk to every level above us effortlessly and getting to know their personal life. this also include during peak season, the company ensure you to have work life balance especially during this time.

The culture is very open, whilst there is a clear hierarchy of management and partners, beyond day to day responsibilities the social and professional events allow graduates like myself to have an informal interaction with others in the firm. After hours events include trivia, wine tours, the annual SW ball, the divisional retreat, end of month drinks.

There is very little hierarchy, everyone is very accessible and open and willing to help. Lots of socialising with colleagues, going out for lunch together most days in the office.

A happy workplace often emphasizes a work-life balance so employees feel supported both in and out of the workplace. I would say my manager and senior are quite supportive in the office and after hours.

Culture is good, nothing to comment or complain about
The culture in the office is great - people love coming into the office to socialise. There's also activities during lunch time like futsal and netball. After hours, there's also events like end of month drinks.

In the office, I find the culture amazing. I often talk to a lot of people across teams and divisions that I don't work with closely and am comfortable doing so. Everyone is friendly and genuine. I work in a team every day, therefore teamwork and cooperation is quite prevalent. I really enjoy this about the firm. After office hours, the culture is still amazing. We have monthly drinks and socialise often. We also have many fun events that we are invited to, to socialise within the firm.

A hierarchy exists, where consultants move to intermediate then more senior roles. After that you become a manager and move to associate director to ultimately become a partner. Office hours for the moment have been good, coming in at 9am to usually leaving at 5pm. It is currently busy season and the workload is slightly larger but I have not left the office after 5:30 as of yet.

Everyone is approachable fun to be around. There is always social events on plus free lunches every week gets lots of people to the office. The hierarchy while obvious is quite transparent. As a grad I have worked closely with a range of roles including directors and senior managers.

The company's culture is very supportive and collaborative. Teamwork involves frequent communication, updates, and particularly adaptability. In the first six months at the firm, I had catchups with my performance manager every two months. Furthermore, we are encouraged to gain feedback on our performance from seniors we have worked with. Beyond the office, there are periodic social events.

Colleagues in the firm are very friendly. Whilst there is a hierarchy in the firm, the organisation adopts an open door policy which makes it feel like the higher ups are approachable and friendly

The company's culture is great, there are always social events happening and everyone has been very friendly. There is great teamwork, if anyone is ever feeling that their workload is too much, everyone is happy to help out.

There is good teamwork, always a willingness to help each other. People get along, there is a good vibrancy and people are happy to be around one another.

The culture is very good in terms of what I have seen so far. Everyone is genuinely friendly and supportive. There is a clear hierarchy between juniors, intermediates, seniors, partners, and so on. Although there exists this chain-of-command, I do not feel too weird talking to the higher-ups and they are quite friendly and down-to-earth. A lot of the seniors and grads are quite social, so there is a social environment to be had, but also a lot of the work is done at a client's office, so we don't often seen everyone at once. There have been a few afterwork events for socialising, which I have enjoyed, and have helped with socialising with your colleagues. There could be improvements though, for instance, the divisions are quite separated, and I do not know anyone else from the other divisions, nor do I have any reason or incentive to talk with them.

The culture at SW is good and I feel and hope it will get better as time goes on. I would love if there was more support and acceptance around fashion in the office and letting people express themselves as well as keeping it work appropriate

The company as very good cooperation between levels and divisions, with a welcoming culture.
