Corporate Social Responsibility at SW Accountants & Advisors

Each one of my superiors such as partners and managers takes pride in keeping great relations with clients and people outside the firm as well as with other employees. I have only been at the firm a short time, so I haven't had the chance to learn much about our CSR, but I can see how devoted everyone is to improve relationships and generate profit for the firm.

We have launched our commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals though our Corporate Social Responsibility committee.

My manager is actively participating in the social event like sleepout to raise fund for the unfortunate.

We have committees such as our CO2 club that are committed to corporate social responsibility.

SW participates in a number of initiatives such as the Vinnies CEO sleepout, November, RUOK day. I recently participated in Run Melbourne to help raise funds for Premature babies along with other employees from SW

Regular activities e.g. smoking ceremony for Naidoc week. Health and fitness reimbursement.

They run charity events. Otherwise, I don't really see how an audit firm is committing to global warming besides taking on carbon emitting clients.

The company gets involved in many social initiatives including CEO sleepout, November, Liptember and many others.

Although I do see demonstration of CSR it would be great to see more activities
