SW provides many promotion opportunities and I have seen that they much prefer to promote from within the firm rather than hire from the outside. They are fully supportive of the graduate's career development and I have heard from managers and seniors that promotions are common.

I think as long as you show interest in moving up the ranks and demonstrate you have the necessary skills and capabilities to perform a higher role, then you can easily move up the ranks as there are always opportunities to.

Its very possible to move up the ranks every year. but I think the only drawbacks is we have to follow the rank hierarchy we can move 2 level up
