We don't really have any. Just courses we can take online when we want to. They don't really provide many opportunities to go and do hands on training unless you seek it out yourself and seek approval to complete it.

Certain team member will be very willing to train and assist you. Some training opportunities like attending day session are available, but are not the most useful sessions. You can get a Pluralsight license which provides an amazing way to study any topic for yourself.

There are some training sessions but they're meh, you honestly learn more during your actual day of working.

Formal training is a drag, none of it is technical. Informal training happens all the time as we do not have suitable policies to address our required skills shortages. Training sites plus personal sessions with our manager, mostly.

Graduate training covered many aspects of the job and skills that may be useful (Human Centered Design, skills for interviewing, writing & presenting, etc.). My team provided me with training for the systems they maintain, as well as offering AWS certifications.

Informal training is good. I had one really good mentor and workmate who taught me so much. Formal training, they are happy to pay for if it fits what you do.
