There are so many different paths within the company, it seems like a challenge to identify the right one. To move up the ranks, it takes being able to work cross-functionally across departments/team, as well as having solid exposure and experience to varies topics.

My work is very engaging as I get to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The role offers development in both technical & soft skills. I'm empowered to manage my category using the expertise I've built over my time in the role.

They are really good emotional supporters, being really supportive. However, in terms of work training, it would be better if it's a bit more structured

Our office has smart casual dress code and excellent facilities. It's also located in the city, right beside the train station.

Interview was straight forward and interactive with real life experience questions.

I am satisfied with my pay. Since this is my first rotation, I still have not got any bonus.

Graduate program was good, provided a solid start to my development.

I have a fairly flexible schedule which I find conducive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Generally, my work hours are from 8 to 4, but there's some flexibility to adjust as needed based on project demands or personal commitments.

We spend so much money on environmental monitoring and maintaining program. Enormously i would say, and everyone in my company have the strong sense of responsibility for it.
