Our Global Graduate Program

Our Global Graduate Program seeks to grow diverse next-generation leaders for Toll. From day one you’ll be in our operational or functional environments, playing your part in delivering on our customer promise.

As a Toll Graduate, you will participate in a structured two-year program moving through key areas of our Global Logistics or Group functions. You will be exposed to business-as-usual activities and collaborative projects working across these functions.

In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with;

tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability
diverse rotations exposing you to different areas of the business
a committed team to support you on your way
exposure to senior managers through networking opportunities
mentors and buddies for career advice, guidance and support
and exposure to lead business improvement projects that make a real difference

We're looking for people who;

Are Australian citizens or permanent residents,
Have completed an undergraduate or post graduate degree in within the last two years
Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a vehicle

Toll has offered an incredibly supportive environment to start my career. In the months that I have been with Toll, they have ensured that I have been aptly trained and given all the information I need to succeed in my placements. Furthermore, the placement managers and operational staff are extremely welcoming and while giving guidance trust that I am able to do the work that they include me on. I have already been able to submit work that has benefitted their operations.

This is the first year Toll is having technology graduates and therefore it is quite boring since there isn't much to do
The only issue is that you may have to travel a fair bit. The nature of Toll is fairly industrial, with some corporate elements. This means however outside of Head office and Regional management offices, the sites you may work at require some bit of travel, as most industrial area's are on the outskirts of cities.
