How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Company is happy with working from home. Half at home and half in the office.

It is very flexible. I have a working from home day and if you need to switch hours, it's no problem at all.

Hours are great, I'm able to easily maintain a work-life balance.

Not expected to stay more than 5x7.25h days - any hours that I stay beyond that get accumulated to "free" leave which is pretty good (downside is it encourages excess work).

We need to spend 50% of our time in the office (5 days every fortnight) but our manager will let us work from home on our office days if we have an appointment or something. On top of that, we have flexitime, but you need to discuss with your manager before you use it however you like. But my manager, and other teams on my floor are very flexible! A few of my coworkers start at 10am because that's what works for them.

It's very flexible, you can start and end whenever just as long as you do your weekly number of hours. The weekly hours are a bit long though.

My daily work hours are 7 hours and 36 minutes. We're not allowed to work more than 9 hours a day. I accumulate flex time when I work beyond my daily hours. Flex time can be used to leave work early.

I work for a standard 36.25 hours per week, but there is flexibility to the hours each day. It is possible to work from home 50% of the time, so that also gives a lot of flexibility that I really enjoy.

In a typical week I'll spend Monday - Thursday in the office and work from home on the Friday.

There is a work from home arrangement in place, you can choose how many days you want to be in the office (2-3)

Prefer to work from home full time, but being in the office 2 or 3 days a week is okay

Overall, I've been very satisfied with my working hours. All teams I've been in have been respectful of my hours and I'm able to leave as soon as I have fulfilled my respective hours for the day. If I stay back for a day I can finish up early the next day etc.
