Great teamwork. Happy to help and support learning.

In the office, the culture is great. Everyone gets along well. After hours is perfect as well. There's not a work hard play hard culture.

Friendly group of people and an inviting culture. There is a clear structure and hierarchy but in my team, we are treated as equals. Howevery, this really depends on the team and culture.

Award has no provision for "reasonable overtime," and FLEX is great. My office is happy to accommodate flexible work arrangements, , and as yet I have not been contacted outside work hours.

Company's culture is really good in my working place which i have highlighted below: Employee Communicate with each other. Decision are made. Employees are recognized. Cultural Diversity.

Many layers of command. People are very friendly and supportive.

My team is very helpful and will support the rest of the team because we all know that we are understaffed.

The graduates keep in touch with each other through Microsoft Teams. There is a culture of doing no more than your prescribed hours.

The company's culture seems to be considerate and professional. There is less socialising amongst colleagues outside of the office, which is fine, but during office hours we all know the value of collaboration and teamwork. There is clear hierarchy in the way it's run, but this isn't reflected in the level of treatment or quality of work given to any one worker.

Great culture, raffles to raise money for branch events, everyone talks to each other.

The company culture is okay. Promotion and kudos are celebrated which is positive. On the flip side, not many people come into the office which can be a pain when you're starting out and need experienced people to help you build your foundation. Company structure and hierarchy can be confusing when you're new, but you learn it quickly. In terms of socialising, there are a few after work events throughout the year, pretty moderate in nature and a good chance to get to know others.

The company has different branches and areas of work, each one with a visible head. Teamwork is good now, it was not at the beginning, depends on the resourcing. Sometimes things in government are slow

Good team, easy to talk to, office is a nice place to work, working from home is great as can talk to team members on Teams.

Again, it varies by team. Best team culture wise is ESM and ESE. Both areas I've worked in have been extremely supportive and helpful in my time in the company. I've learned a lot from both teams as a result.

Positive cooperation between team members and those working close together. Limited engagement outside that group
