The Graduate Program offers a rotational experience across different parts of the business plus a structured learning and development pathway so that you can build a variety of skills and knowledge to accelerate your career. Our program streams include:
Actuarial, Finance, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Business Transformation & Insurance Underwriting.
The graduate cohorts are just the right size. Our yearly intake is typically between 20 and 25 graduates per year which creates a tight graduate community whilst still offering a platform for all graduates to excel as individuals.
Size and presence: QBE has grown and evolved to become an international insurer and reinsurer with a local presence in 27 countries and headquartered in Sydney.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $80,000 + all grads are entitled to generous yearly bonus
