Origin have proudly launched our Stretch RAP, are vocal supporters of Uluru Statement of the Heart and continue our partnership with Career Trackers.

At Origin, we acknowledge that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are the oldest surviving cultures in the world, and we’re committed to creating a culture of respect and inclusion across all parts of our organisation.  At its heart, reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.

We have a Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in place that aligns with Reconciliation Australia’s three pillars: Relationships, Respect and Opportunities. Our focus is to continue to deliver against our Stretch RAP commitments and beyond by focusing on our RAP Pillars.

Career Trackers each year Origin has committed to taking on 10 Indigenous students as interns through the CareerTrackers Internship program for 10 years.
