Recruitment Process

When you send through your CV, please include a cover letter (and any other supporting documents) expressing why you want to work with Netafim. We read every single application - it doesn't go through an automated filtering program - so your application will be given the time and consideration it deserves.

If you are selected for the initial shortlist by the HR Manager and the relevant Hiring Manager, you will be contacted for a 1st round interview via Teams or in person. After which there will be a review with the Managers and you may be called for a second-round interview where there may be other department managers or team members involved. Don't be intimidated, we just want to make sure that Netafim is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for Netafim. Remember that everyone wants you to succeed in an interview! Allow 45 minutes to an hour for each interview.  

You will be notified by phone or email of the outcome and generally, the whole process takes about 2 weeks, depending on the number of applicants there are for the role. 

Successful candidates are evaluated against our Core Values and we do expect a certain level of research and knowledge about the business so please ensure you spend the time to get familiar with Netafim before your interview.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Your remuneration package consists of a base salary (which is based on industry standards and market conditions), plus 9.5% superannuation, plus bonuses or commissions (where applicable) and extra benefits such as company cars, mobile phones, laptops etc.
