NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Graduate Program information session
Join us for an online information session to learn about the NDIS Commission's 2026 national Graduate Program.
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is the dedicated national regulator of NDIS service providers and workers in Australia. The NDIS Commission upholds the rights of NDIS participants to quality and safe supports or services, including those received under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to make sure participants have choice, control and dignity when they access high-quality supports and services in safe environments.
The NDIS Commission offers graduate roles that make a real difference in the community. We encourage people with disability and lived experience to apply for current vacancies and encourages applications from LGBTQIA+ people, women and people with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
We welcome and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The NDIS Commission participates in RecruitAbility, supporting people with disability to apply and work within the organisation.
The online application is your first opportunity to show us your motivation for wanting to work for the Australian Government through a 500-word pitch. You will also be asked to upload your resume, academic transcripts and proof of your Australian citizenship at this stage.
Shortlisted candidates will progress to the online testing stage and/or participate in a video interview. This assessment stage may involve problem solving, numerical reasoning and/or behavioural and emotional testing. This video interview is a behavioural interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a virtual assessment centre. Candidates will participate in activities which may include a panel interview, individual presentation, group activity and/or written task.
If you are found suitable following the virtual assessment centre stage, you will be placed in a merit pool. The NDIS Commission may contact you to discuss your interest in working for the organisation and make an offer of employment. Reference checks will also be conducted at this stage.
