My company has induction training to support this and I think that people treat each other equally, with lots of respect, and fairly at TMR.

Company makes diversity one of their top priorities. Recruitment is now based on the best fit for the role not necessarily the best for the role, giving more opportunities to diverse people. Maternity leave is also offer at full half or no pay depending on the length of time.

All of these are available. I am yet to witness any diversity shortcomings within the company. Diversity is regularly celebrated.

The company's commitment to diversity is okay, but there's room for improvement in some areas. Regarding women, ethnic minorities, and the LGBTIQA+ community, there could be enhancements in recruitment, retention, promotion, and support systems like childcare and maternity leave. The company has made efforts, but there's potential for more comprehensive and inclusive initiatives.
