Recruitment Process

They recruit a variety of Professional and Administration streams for the TMR Graduate Program. If you have working rights and the appropriate recognised qualification, then they want to hear from you.

The Program offers permanent employment commencing the following February. You may be brought into the business earlier on a temporary or casual basis.

Given they are a state-wide employer, there may be opportunities in multiple locations for your stream. They encourage you to consider and apply for multiple locations. Working in one of their regions offers you the experience to contribute to the community and rapidly grow your practical skills like no other.

There are 6 steps in the graduate recruitment process from application to offer which apply to all graduate roles. Please note, if you meet the suitability requirements for multiple positions, you may be offered a position outside of the one you initially applied for.

Our recruitment process is currently under review. We are looking to enhance candidate experience and make our process faster and smoother.

What Graduates Say About Them
  • The people. I love my job as it is always different, and I see more of TMR's diverse work, but it is my team and everyone I interact with. Everyone I have interacted with want to be in TMR and are highly enthusiastic about their respective area. It was a bit overwhelming to begin with as I am a shy person, but I soon started to relax into the energy.
