Do work that matters

When you join the RAB Graduate Program you'll be in the thick of the action, walking the walk of agribusiness and regional commercial businesses. You’ll play a key role  assisting our customers to achieve their goals, helping build a prosperous and more sustainable future for regional Australia.

Over the course of your  12-15 month program you’ll spend time on the ground in one of our many regional business centres, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet with customers, manage portfolios, and undertake financial analysis and credit reviews. You’ll be empowered to learn from experienced bankers to provide world-class tailored financial solutions.

See yourself in our team

We’re deeply embedded in regional communities across Australia, and together we’re proud of the meaningful impact we make to our customers’ lives. By having a deep understanding of their needs, you can be there for our customers during some of their toughest times and provide them with solutions to help build a brighter future for their business.

The program includes exposure to specialist areas such as Credit Risk, Commercial Loan Origination and Group Corporate Services, as well as the broader Business Banking team. You’ll participate in development sessions, design workshops and work on strategic projects.

At the end of your program, you’ll begin your career in an Analyst role where you’ll gain the experience and financial acumen to become a successful banker. From there the world is your oyster.
