Working at CommBank has been a great experience and a large part of that is attributed to the people.

The training/support throughout the program has been immeasurable, whether it’s been professional, personal or technical development.

One of the things I have loved about my job is the level of support I have received from all levels of management.

I really enjoyed my internship experience when I was a university student. So, I wanted to give back by helping the next wave of Indigenous graduates.

The program is a great opportunity to meet senior leaders throughout the business, whilst getting a flavour of a wide range of Group activities.

I highly recommend entering into the Risk Management stream of CommBank as a great foundation to a banking and finance career!

It was an incredibly educational and supportive experience. It also provided a lot of opportunities to meet and network with other grads across the bank.
