Your role:
As a Training Systems Specialist in the Navy, you'll utilise your existing Secondary Education qualifications to work as part of a team providing support to Navy's large, diverse and complex training systems. You'll be responsible for identifying competency needs and developing programs in order to meet Navy operational capability.

In addition to your core duties, you'll be involved in providing leadership, management, and administration support as well as career advice to junior Navy personnel. As you progress through your career, you'll be more involved in the coordination and management of Navy's training effort.

Salary:
Upon completion of your initial military and initial employment training, you'll enjoy a competitive starting salary package of: $97,284 including service and uniform allowances. For periods when you are serving on a ship, you will receive an additional maritime allowance.
In addition to your salary, you will receive generous superannuation, housing subsidies and free medical and dental care.

You will also need to provide evidence that you hold a Bachelor degree or postgrad qualification in either Adult Learning, Vocational Education and Training, Training and Development, or Secondary Education.
