What does the recruitment process involve?
The process includes 2 separate sessions. The first session is called a YOU (Your Opportunities Unlimited) Session, where you will discuss the roles available, undertake a Job Opportunities Assessment, and chat about your medical history. The second session involves more comprehensive interviews with a doctor, psychologist, and senior member of the ADF.
If you are applying for an officer role, you'll also be asked to attend an in-person or online Officer Selection Board, which is similar to a formal job interview.
You can find more information and interview tips on our ADF recruitment process page.
