- Berperan dalam berbagai inisiatif corporate development, diantaranya melakukan review terhadap industry landscape di Indonesia
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh proses dalam proyek yang ditugaskan (deal sourcing, market analysis, transaction structuring, dan execution of transaction)
- Mengelola seluruh proses uji kelayakan sebelum transaksi
- Menyusun dan melakukan review terhadap dokumen serta materi presentasi untuk keperluan internal & eksternal
Persyaratan
- Lulusan Sarjana atau Master dari jurusan Ekonomi / Akuntansi / Keuangan dan sejenisnya
- Memiliki minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja pada bidang konsultansi Merger & Acquisition (MA)
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis finansial (financial modelling, valuation, accounting)
- Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris, baik secara verbal maupun tertulis
