Now that I have been accepted into the 2018 graduate program, I will be moving around the business and gaining experience in many different roles and locations.

I am responsible for conducting research on sustainability issues and trends, analysing data and information, and providing insights and recommendations to clients.

The best thing about my job is that no two days are the same – it’s such a dynamic environment. I love that every day I face different challenges and new learning curves that help me to grow and develop as a professional.

As a Rail Graduate, I am fortunate to be provided with the opportunity to rotate through the business every 6 months, for a period of 2 years.

The beauty of consulting is that every time you start a new project in a new industry, everyone starts from zero. This means we have a variety of backgrounds, and everyone is supported through formal and informal learning.

The best aspects of my role are having the opportunity to grow my professional network and the self-accomplishment of making a difference.
