Focus on ensuring all immediate issues are under control by the end of the day, whilst checking in and gathering information from team members that may affect how I go about actioning various tasks. This will help me put together a monthly presentation of how the team has performed in optimising import cargoes into the country and issues that may have been faced.

Annie Wright graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts (Management and Human Rights) from Monash University in 2019 and is now working as a Supply Chain Graduate at Kraft Heinz.

I find the work in the Economics & Financial Consulting segment is interesting and broad. The best part is that I am working alongside colleagues who are industry experts that provide me with a good balance of autonomy and guidance.

Barry studied Double Major in Business strategy and Marketing Communications at Monash University and is now working as Account Specialist (Previous Operations Graduate) at Reece Group.

Belinda Hardiman completed a Bachelor of Communication Design & Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Monash University and is now a Digital Graduate at Coles.

Tuesdays are great days for collaboration, it’s one of the days where you get the most people in the office at the same time and can collaborate in person as opposed to over MS teams which I certainly prefer.

Ben Mescher studied a Law (Hons) and Arts (Philosophy) Double Degree and is a Lawyer in Workplace Relations & Safety at Lander & Rogers

Coffee number two. One of my favourite lockdown impulse purchases is a mini barista coffee machine complete with a milk steaming wand and bean grinder. I am a coffee lover and I enjoy heading to a café with my friends and colleagues. This was the closest I could get to that during lockdown!
