I have spent the last few weeks learning about the various monitoring systems within the company and have previously led a similar meeting with my manager present. As such I am the lead on this uplift project which has been a great opportunity for me as a grad.

My day looks pretty busy, but I tell my colleague I might be able to help with a project later that week.

George Fitzpatrick studied Bachelor in Engineering and Bachelor in Architectural Design at Monash University and is now working as a structural engineer in the Industrial Buildings team at Beca.

There are several reports I run and publish throughout the week, and they illustrate information unique to Supply Chain activities such as outstanding items, ETAs on deliveries of items onsite, performance of suppliers and so on.

We discuss the progress of the sites, the delays, any mitigation strategies that we can employ and the forecast for the next week of work.

Mitchell Fly studied ​a ​Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours with a high proficiency for numbers, problem-solving and analysis tasks ​at Monash University in 2017, and is now an Estimator Graduate at Zinfra.

Vaishali Haria studied a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Monash University and is now an Overhead Line Engineer at Aurecon.

Vish Nagendra studied Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture at Monash University and is now a Structural Engineer at GHD.
