It is also cool how in a few years I still get the ability to be able to look back at the work I was part of and see how this helps the community. Moments like this give me a sense of reward and that all the hard work was worth it.
As a grad, this is a great position to start with, because I get involved in a vital decision-making process for the civil teams’ work across the project.
My current rotation has me developing and implementing the technical maintenance plan for two fleets, taking it them from development through to delivery.
The coolest thing about my job, is that I get to work on upcoming projects and I get to see the project from the very beginning right through to the finished product.
