Justin [00:00:03] What did your first few days look like on the job at Bunzl once you got hired? Can you kind of walk me through how that went? 

Sheridan [00:00:08] Yep. So I started in the office. So we do have a hybrid situation where we work from home and from the office. For my first week, I mainly worked in the office. So first day going through all of the IT, I got a laptop phone. So just trying to organize all of that, trying to understand all the processes as well. So we do the my job specifically. I use a lot of different ... search engines and platforms. So just understanding all of those processes, for example, the recruitment part of my job, understanding all the platforms that we use, how we implement it, all the different processes that you have to go through to make sure that it's all done correctly, you don't skip anything. So that was quite a lot to wrap my head around. Lots of information. The first week, I was exhausted from work and mentally just drained. But yeah, it was really nice to meet everyone and start to build those connections and just understand the business from an employee perspective, like getting to chat to people that had been there for 20-30 plus years. To really understand what the company is about was awesome.
