Tyler [00:00:04] Hmm. To be honest, I would say that the hardest part was probably that video interview where you're not actually interacting with the person. I think I wasn't really used to that. That was kind of the first time that I'd really done something like that before. And yeah, it felt a little bit unnatural sometimes, but I'd say that was probably the hardest part. I think every other part of the sort of process for applying to be a graduate was, you know, just more being yourself and just demonstrating that you sort of understand the company values and you know, that you understand safety, like problem-solving, leadership, teamwork. All that sort of stuff.
