Winslow Infrastructure celebrated our women in engineering,
Globally, International Women in Engineering Day celebrates the work and achievements of female engineers.
We encourage our female employees to stay connected with each other and the wider business by providing opportunities to have conversations that can help support each other when they may sometimes feel isolated on site.
The company will give utmost priority to the women, ethnic minorities and the LGBTIQA+ community
Haven't noticed any issues at all regarding the above topic.
The construction industry altogether does not promote inclusivity of the LGBTQI community which is disappointing. I don't think the company actively seeks to include people in the company that I have seen myself. There is a great deal of respect for women within the community as I have experienced first-hand. I have had no issues with anyone in the company so far.
Winslow has a very diverse community which is great to see.
Women of Winslow’ mentoring program highlights and celebrates positive role modelling of women in positions across our business, demonstrating capability and diversity that will inspire and empower future generations of women to pursue many opportunities at Winslow confidently.
In terms of the construction industry, I think it is average - in terms of the workplace as a whole, it is on the poorer end of the spectrum.
We have a Women of Winslow program.
