About the role

We are accepting expressions of interest for a variety of Internship Program opportunities available within our Business, commencing in January 2023. These will see the successful candidates rotating through a range of areas of our business working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to helping develop your knowledge and skills during the program.

We are looking for exceptional people who are not afraid of challenging themselves or others and commencing their second year of studies in a Bachelor’s degree of either Business, Commerce or Engineering or similar discipline.

These Internship program opportunities allow you to earn while you learn. You will grow your professional and business understanding and be given the opportunity to gain practical business experience whilst undertaking your studies.

These roles will be offered on a part time, 20 hours a week basis with full time availability during semester and end of year breaks.

At the completion of the Internship program, these roles will transition into a variety of exciting Graduate role opportunities throughout our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scoping, creation, coordination and completion of projects
  • Revision of data to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide support with continuous improvement
  • Assist with collating collateral information for internal meetings
  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Commencing a second year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Engineering or similar disciplines
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite and ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with internal and external
  • customers
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
