Career Prospects at Vista Group

The company recognizes and pays accordingly. With ability there are promotions available.

There is no clear promotion and career progression information. But it is an annual salary review for each employee. I would say that the ability to take more responsibility within the company is an important consideration for promotion possibilities

The upwards progression at Vista from what I've seen tends to be taking on more managerial roles in squads or product managers etc. I believe most of it stems from recognition of the work completed by staff members.

Company seems to offer lots of opportunities, one doesn't have to stick to one role for the entire time.

So far I have seen the sky is the limits with Vista everyone I have talked to has moved around so much in the company to try different roles and find what suits them best

The majority of senior management started off as graduates, including the current CEO.

Promotion is possible but would require more technical knowledge, as well as more soft skills (i.e. people management, time management, communication, etc.)

I have not looked into those things as I just started. Maybe other ppl could answer this.
