Your role
- Prepares necessary documents for the daily processing of Purchase Requisition, Project Proposal Documents, Request for Credit Memos, Requirements for Advances and Liquidations, Documentation for Issuance of Assets, sell-in kits, and sell-in memos including document transaction, clarifications, and monitoring until approved.
- Encodes of Sales Collection in the STK system.
- Performs AR verification and reconciliation.
- Facilitates hotel reservations and travel, transportation, meetings, and conference venues. Assist the channel heads with calendar and meeting schedule updates.
- Facilitates all requirements related to Fleet Management, laptops, Mobile Phones, and On-Boarding and Separation Clearance of employees.
- Prepares and monitors Distributors License Agreement (DLA) and facilitates approval from the involved department

About you
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in an administrative-related function are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Must have time management, customer service, and organization skills
