Early Childhood Educator null

The candidate must be passionate and enthusiastic about early childhood education.  You will be working with and guided by our experienced ECT’s at the centre. 

This full-time position gives you the opportunity to work with children of all age groups (6 weeks to 6 years). Must have good communication and writing skills.

You will be paid above the Children’s Services Award – Trainee rate while you study toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. 

All ages will be considered. You will be paid minimum adult award wages while undertaking Cert III studies in childcare.  

Selection requirements 

• The candidate must have Australian permanent residency status and will be subject to Trainee eligibility screening 
• Your training period will be for a maximum period of 12-18 month, during this time the candidate will be required to undertake and complete Certificate III studies by completing the required learning modules through correspondence 
• The cost of gaining your cert III qualification will be free 
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Motivation to study via correspondence while working
• Will be required to work full-time Mon-Fri between 7.30 am and 6 pm. Maximum of 38 hours per week.
• No previous experience
