About our graduate roles

Our planning and urban regeneration consultancy teams are a talented group of people and apply their expertise, knowledge, and passion in the work they do for our clients every day. By joining our team, you will contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders. We integrate property, urban design, GIS and planning with place economics to help unlock the potential of communities, improve our transport and infrastructure systems, develop our built environment, and bring about sustainable and efficient growth that builds a stronger New Zealand.

In our planning team, our graduates get involved in a range of planning work such as working with stakeholders including developers, businesses and government agencies on a range of development projects, planning policy work and and attending site or client visits alongside our senior consultants. In our urban regeneration team, you will get involved with preparation of context and spatial analysis, support the production of design and development frameworks, provide input into reports, and be involved with workshops with clients and stakeholders alongside our senior team members.

Eligibility and locations

To be eligible to apply, you will be a current or recent graduate (within the past two years).

  • Graduate Planner roles:  You will have a undergraduate or masters degree in planning, or a relevant post graduate qualification. We have opportunities in our planning consultancy teams in Auckland, Hamilton,  Wellington, Nelson and Queenstown. 
  • Graduate Urban Regeneration roles: You will have a masters degree in urban planning, urban design or architecture. We have opportunities in our urban regeneration team in Auckland or Wellington.
