Your role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our Sydney Team. You will be responsible for supervising the inventory management functions at the Orchard Hills depot, and ensure accurate operation of stock control computer and associated systems.

This role is exciting, challenging and rewarding; no two days will be the same! Looking after a small team, you will ensure that work processes are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. By maintaining all Technical publications and draft quality work instructions, you will need a positive attitude, be an active listener with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet. In turn, we will provide you with the training and support needed to succeed.

Within our logistics services business there are 17 depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

This is an initial 12 months fixed term contract with potential to extend.

• Ensuring accurate operation of the electronic and manual inventory stock management system
• Planning and controlling work activities, including resource allocation and time management
• Supervising a small team, providing them with training and instruction as needed
• Building & maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
• Demonstrating a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety

Salary & benefits

About you

• A Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or similar
• High level of organisation skills teamed with good attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• Advanced data entry capability & inventory management systems
