At Stratpoint, we know that a high performing and motivated sales team is the key to growing. That’s why we are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative(s) to assist us in expanding our customer base. As the Sales Development Representative(SDR), you will focus on sales prospecting. You will find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up their account representatives for success. Or at the very least, the ideal SDR is coachable and willing to learn this process. An outstanding SDR prospects with curiosity, persistence, and a consultative mindset.
Your success hinges on your ability to network and hold engaging conversations. Performance will be measured through prospecting activities and successful prospect meetings to your assigned account representative. You will also be expected to contribute to the continual improvement of the organization’s messaging playbook.

You will be reporting directly to the SDR Manager and working alongside your fellow SDR’s. Expect high interaction with the marketing team and the rest of the sales team, especially your account executive.
We work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.
