Working Hours at Shell

Shell is relatively flexible when it comes to work hours however there is a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office for trading. We get great additional benefits including 5-flex leave days additional to annual leave which is a great benefit.

Very flexible. You have an official number of hours to complete in the week, but teams are far more focused on your output. Your time is not monitored, and you are able to work from home 3+ days a week (dependent on line manager and circumstance)

I usually work from home 1 day per week, however, this is flexible. I understand the importance of face-to-face connection, however, I also don't feel pressured to come into the office if I need to be at home for whatever reason.

In the Perth office the hours are very flexible. There is less flexibility while on project, which is to be expected.

While it is mandatory to be in the office during core hours 0845 - 1615, you can negotiate with your line manager when the need arises.
