I experienced three rotations during my two-year program: an application engineer in the IT industry, a SCADA engineer in the oil and gas industry, and a sales and marketing graduate in the electrical distribution industry. 3 different positions in 3 very different market segments while dealing with directly with customers on real projects and outcomes. While I was based in both Sydney and Perth, my role has extended to the US, Singapore and France.

Schneider Electric has provided me with many technical and on-the-job training sessions. They continually place a huge emphasis into personal development to help me understand how I can use my values and strengths to overcome any challenges. This is visible throughout the whole company to build a more collaborative and effective work environment and is provided to all levels of employment.

Schneider Electric also places high importance in diversity (whether it be age, gender, religion etc). This is the future and the way to becoming a global citizen.

Experience is the real currency in this world, and I believe Schneider Electric has the riches to prove this.
