One aspect I enjoy about my current role as an Application Engineer is that I am constantly learning something new every day.

Schneider Electric's Graduate Program has opened the door for my career as a professional engineer for a variety of different career pathways. I have worked across many business units and various industries, examples include marketing, project management and technical support. This has not only broadened my skills set outside of that which I obtained through my engineering degree but also opened my eyes to business philosophies in general.

Being part of the two-year graduate program, I undertook a range of challenging roles and was given the chance to prove myself by stepping out of my comfort zone. I was supported every step of the way and my hard work recognised in 2014 by winning the 'High Energy Award for Performance'. The Graduate Program was flexible and gave me the opportunity to direct my career in the way I wanted and received substantial amounts of training along the way.
