Job Description
- Monitor, manage & evaluate products portfolio in relation to its size and attributes (eg, but not limited to the number of SKUs, revenue contribution, relative product to the market gap)
- Make decisions on and communicate SKU to be listed on the website and de-listed based on research and various department inputs as well as data
- Manage and balance category assortment as well as SKU display on website and app making sure everything is up to date (in collaboration with the marketing team)
- Sourcing new items (in collaboration with sourcing team)
- Identify and research the latest market update and development in the area of our portfolio
- Customer and data research on categories, customer psychographic, and SKU assortment including the unit of measurements, and appropriate placements on app and website
- Project management: Lead white label project, Lead new SKU listing/onboarding and SKU delisting process, manage feedback loop and inform other departments
Qualification Requirements:
- Comfortable with data analysis (excel and others)
- Work independently
- Social intelligence (need to liaise and collaborate with lots of team members)
- Great project management & communication skills
- Min 1 year working experience, preferably in digital merchandising
Skill Requirements:
- Expert in Excel
- Qualitative and quantitative digital research (AB testing, etc)
