Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment within all facilities, including warehouses, distribution centers, and hubs
- Oversee security management within all facilities, ensure proper security procedures and guidelines are well implemented
- Ensure that the facilities are in compliance manner with regulations and guidelines established by regulatory agencies
- Oversee, plan, and schedule the regular monitoring and maintenance of facilities, assets, equipment, and tools
- Manage asset inventory and conduct periodical asset inventory count in facilities
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and external parties for asset installation, support, and maintenance projects
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain facility and security management
- Possess technical knowledge in facility maintenance and security management
- Experience and working knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation is highly preferable
- An ultimate problem solver; strong analytical thinking and strategic decision making skill is a must
