What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Could be higher for the calibre of candidates
Graduate, Sydney
Originally found it slightly misleading that the pay advertised included super, but the pay is still pretty good
Graduate, Sydney
Very reasonable, linked to department performance and performance reviews. Only downside is some years when company isn't performing bonuses are lower, but opposite is also true.
Graduate, Sydney
Good bonus scheme and well structured.
Graduate, Melbourne
Industry average. Is a bit better at 1 YoE.
Graduate, Sydney
Pay is good for a graduate level and achieving bonuses as a grad is not a challenging prospect.

I was very happy with the remuneration when compared to some of the big consulting companies that I was also looking at. However, it is lower than what graduates earn in some of the major software engineering. companies that seem much more competitive to get into. What was a pleasant surprise was the 10% bonus for graduates that wasn't advertised when I applied.
Graduate, Melbourne
Seems to be about right.
Graduate, Melbourne
Quantium compensates well at the graduate level, compared to other graduate programs, while simultaneously offering a very strong educational experience The bonus will be paid at the end of the graduate program, but has usually been at the level of 10% of annual salary.
Graduate, Sydney
Graduate pay is reasonable, though not exceptional. However, there is good pay transparency and pay after the graduate year is better.
Graduate, Sydney
I think the pay is very good for analysts, although it did mean taking a pay cut for me from actuarial roles.
Graduate, Melbourne
Decent compared to the market for data analysts. Pays better than the BIG 4 professional services firms, which take in more grads and generally pay less for more hours of work (at least from what I've seen/heard), so am quite happy about it.
Graduate, Sydney
Reasonable for a grad position
Graduate, Sydney
Could be benchmarked better at senior level
Graduate, Sydney
Think it could be better, it's average and on par with banks and some tech companies to my knowledge. But there hasn't been an inflation raise and I don't believe the salary is competitive anymore.
Graduate, Sydney
Seem pretty good
Graduate, Melbourne
Pay could have been better though I would say it's still on the good range compared to other Big 4 tech consulting.
Graduate, Sydney
Reasonable
