Entirely depends on team but most are very good.

Good feedback and easy to access, alongside being quite cooperative and helpful. Engineering process can be a bit slow though.

Managers are very accessible and provide a lot of support and guidance. Company has a strong culture for shouting out wins and performance by team member and that extends to graduates.

My managers are exceptionally accessible and willing to talk. It seems that the responsibility of getting feedback is on me though, as often my managers will continue to work business as usual rather than provide positive or constructive feedback.

Management is good. I only really interact with my direct managers,, but they are very friendly and good. Performance feedback doesn't really happen formally during the graduate program.

Managers and people leads are so caring and gentle but also smart. They have such a depth of knowledge that they share and care about us as people.

I'm the first person my manager is managing so I feel like there's not as much management involved. Sometimes she forgets the stuff I ask her to do for me etc but she is very sweet I think she is just busy.

Overall supportive and provide direction, but can be less technically capable than lower-level staff. Can be unclear whether they're happy with the work. Happy to let you develop your own style

I think I got one of the best manager I've ever dealt with. My manager is very accessible with down to earth in communication which allows me to reflect on my strengths and weaknesses. I learned lots of backend knowledge as my manager has a very strong background experience.

They seem to care about you and care for you. Sometimes some of them can be condescending and mean.
