There has been work with the NDIS and other such organisations in order to make a good impact on the world. They also turn down work for example with gambling agencies in order to make sure they are being ethical.

I think it's probably average, I don't know much about their initiatives so that probably says something. The leadership team do seem to care genuinely about their social wellbeing and are not just money grabbers. I would like more environmental initiatives.
