Hires based on merit, irrespective of gender/race/sexuality.

It is a very diverse culture and flexible for all different types of working arrangements. Every person is treated equally. I've never seen or heard of any type of prejudice in the company.

People in Prosple are very diverse. People come from different countries and cultures.

Prosple recruits the best person for the job. They keep the process blind until the final interviews. Contractors from other markets can access the same maternity benefits as employees in Australia.

Prosple is diverse in every sense of the word. It has men and women from all over the world working together. It doesn't have any diversity quotas or otherwise. It tends to naturally be diverse by virtue of hiring worldwide, provided they're good at what they do and are passionate to be doing it.

Super flexible, at the end of the day it's who would perform best so it doesn't matter what your background is.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Prosple's philosophy to hiring is, that is doesn't matter what your background is- or even where you are located. If you can do the role, you could be based in Nairobi, Manila, or Alice Springs. Typical barriers such as educational history are also not a key factor in the hiring process- helping to further make hiring more equitable.
Midlevel, Melbourne
Yes. We have a lot of employees that come from the Philippines, like me.
Experienced, Antipolo
Being a remote team allows Prosple to hire from around the world, including from developing countries/ less privileged backgrounds.
Experienced, Remote
I don't think this one matters as it would be as long as you have the skills for the job and surpasses other applicants then you can be part of the team.
Graduate, Quezon City
Prosple actively recruits throughout our region. They take the best person for the job, not matter where they live, what school they went to. It's all about performance.

Nobody is excluded from Prosple on the basis of their socio-economic background. If you can show you've got the drive to learn, that's all that matters for getting a foot in the door, especially as a graduate.
