Yang akan kamu lakukan
Di program Internship ini kamu akan terlibat langsung di tiga tim dengan sistem rotasi:
- Core content (product)
- Mensortir dan mengkurasi lowongan kerja
- Upload lowongan kerja ke content management system Prosple
- Melakukan audit lowongan kerja untuk list target perusahaan
- Growth Marketing
- Mengumpulkan kontak narasumber untuk diwawancarai dan digunakan sebagai sumber artikel
- Menulis konten artikel untuk dipublikasikan di website
- Membantu tim growth marketing dalam mengatur beberapa campaign di social media
- Partnership
- Melakukan research untuk kontak partners baru
- Brainstorming kreatif partnership channels
- Shadowing Partner meeting bersama partnership manager
- Membantu mengelola dan mengeksekusi partnership event bersama dengan partner universitas dan partnership manager
Training dan rotasi
Rotasi akan dilakukan setiap 2 bulan, dengan total program internship selama 6 bulan. Prosple akan menyediakan on the job training dan memastikan semua peserta internship mendapatkan akses untuk belajar dan terlibat langsung di masing-masing tim.
Remunerasi
Prosple menyediakan uang saku perhari untuk peserta magang dan juga merchandise ekslusif.
Persyaratan
Persyaratan wajib
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari jurusan apapapun
- Internship ini akan dilakukan 100% remote, untuk itu pastikan kamu punya tool yang mendukung seperti laptop dan koneksi internet yang memadai.
- Mampu berbahasa inggris dengan baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Bersedia untuk online sesuai standar jam kerja 9 am - 5 pm WIB
Lamaran kamu akan lebih dilirik jika kamu mencantumkan minimal salah satu kriteria berikut:
- Pengalaman menulis/Jurnalistik
- Pengalaman membuat konten social media (Boleh berupa postingan kamu yang paling menarik di social media pribadi)
- Pengalaman public speaking (Misalnya menjadi host acara offline/online)
- Pengalaman mengelola komunitas baik online (misalnya di discord) ataupun offline
- Pengalaman mengelola content management system (misalnya mengelola katalog online shop)
- Pengalaman melakukan research online.

Pros and cons of working at Prosple
Pros
At Prosple, we are disruptors with a vision to help students find their dream job. It is both rewarding and challenging working for such an organisation, and seems to be a new innovation each week. Our organisational structure is quite flat, with each team member having a direct line to our Founders and Directors.
Having a high-performing team committed to our cause, with the freedom to do your best work without bureaucracy and people getting in your way.
Love that the ownership knows well where their priorities lie, that they don't succumb to the toxic "everything is a priority" trap that a huge majority of companies fall into. This has kept the company hyper focused, allowing it to achieve milestones one after the other, even amidst the pandemic. Also, borrowing from the book "Conscious Capitalism", Prosple has all the markings of a conscious company.
100% remote work, flexible working hours, easy to interact with leaders and owners, possibility to suggest features to the product, participate along with leaders in the decisions, work on a product that actually helps others.
Superb company culture. High standards. Responsive to their employees needs and gives high importance to open communication. Prosple has a heart for all its clients and its team.
Cons
There can be some late nights during peak seasons from increased workloads.
Very occasionally, the sheer pace of Prosple's progress and growth can be fatiguing. Which is actually a positive if you're in the right mindset and have the right skills and attitude to embrace it.
Due to the nature of work (100% remote), it is difficult to get to know everyone
Work life balance can be challenging when everyone is such a high performer and expectations are high
Sometimes I had a hard time on looking for resources to use to do my job.
